Some teachers simply do not get that they are the ones who are not setting and demonstrating as a good role model. Instead of reprimanding and resorting to your straight-forward methods of reliance on others for punishment, why not think about yourselfThere must certainly something that does not make the class like you. And there are reasons. It doesn't make sense for students NOT to respect teachers if they are able to do what a teacher does.
